Promotes exact testing tip e972ebff38 to main after the documented final validation set. On development, exact testing tree b11c0cc777 passed go test ./..., go test ./internal/kernel/..., make build, manual isolated single-plugin smoke, manual two-plugin smoke, and CLI inspection of status/plugins/plugin/capabilities/routes/heartbeat/echo/logs. Clean shutdown, socket cleanup, no leaked processes, and a clean checkout were verified. Retained evidence: /home/linus/development/rpc-plugin-system-validation/testing-e972ebff-evidence; manifest SHA-256 e58455b7199ded9f2414f71968811f7ef8bea397a51f52dcbbc321e235cc0e54. Checkpoint the admitted durable live-add, boot recovery, explicit restart, artifact custody, and cooperative containment work with its tests and evidence. Preserve the corrected V2 portability scope: compile-only/fail-closed compatibility remains in V2 while independent native cross-platform proof belongs to V3. Automatic durable dynamic monitoring remains intentionally unimplemented.
