Integrates canonical main 366950af0c with admitted V2 checkpoint 88849533cd while preserving both histories. Excludes all post-8884953 replacement commits and dirty replacement-worktree content. Exact source tree remains admitted V2. Heavy development validation passed; independent cold Judge PASSes are bound to 16e5b4e57c. Review closeout tip: 496cc2b255. No force-push, release, tag, deployment, or production mutation.

Checkpoint the admitted durable live-add, boot recovery, explicit restart, artifact custody, and cooperative containment work with its tests and evidence. Preserve the corrected V2 portability scope: compile-only/fail-closed compatibility remains in V2 while independent native cross-platform proof belongs to V3. Automatic durable dynamic monitoring remains intentionally unimplemented.
