Promotes the exact reviewed v3 documentation contract from testing to main after PRs #2 and #3.

Reviewed commit: 366950af0c

Final promotion verification: doc/workflow checks, full Go tests, kernel tests, race tests, vet, build, install-doc single-plugin smoke, and real two-plugin daemon/CLI smoke covering status, inventory, detail, capabilities, routes, heartbeat, echo, and logs.
